Students attend Pathway because we provide an exemplary educational experience with an emphasis on the development of critical thinking. ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Fill out preliminary application located below.
Schedule a time and date to come in for a technical evaluation
Complete technical evaluation
Complete Academics placement test
Schedule a zoom session with our Sports Psychologist. This is important to evaluate the players mindset, desire, maturity, and aptitude.
Schedule a trial date at one of our existing facilities (this step is not always required.
Wait for official acceptance email. The email will have the final application.
Complete application and submit it to admin.
Enroll in to FLVS FLex. This is our academic platform. CLICK HERE to find out more about FLVS. A Pathway staff member will assist you with the process as needed.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

There are no deadlines to enroll in to Pathway. However we recommend you start as soon as possible to ensure your classes and grades transfer smoothly. Please call us if you have any questions or concerns.

I have enrolled in a APT Pathway event or program where I may be involved in physical activity including but not limited to cardio, speed & agility, weight training, plyometrics and sport specific training or drills. I consent to perform physical activities deemed beneficial to obtain specific goals for my specific sport or activity. I also acknowledge that I may be using equipment provided by APT Pathway, and I will use it as instructed by my trainer/coach. Some of the equipment may seem out of the norm of usual training, such as but not limited to resistance equipment, heavy ropes and any other equipment we feel will be useful and beneficial to obtain said goals, I hereby affirm that I am in good physical condition, I do not feel sick and do not suffer from any disability or medical condition which would prevent me from participating in any of these activities. I’m affirming, to the best of my knowledge, that within the past 14 days neither I nor anyone else living in my household have come into contact with someone whose tested positive for COVID-19. I’m also aware that although necessary precautions have been taken, there is still a chance that I might be exposed to germs and airborne illness, including but not limited to COVID-19. I am aware as in any physical activity such as these that I may suffer an injury.

I agree to release APT Pathway LLC and any trainer or agent affiliated with APT Pathway from all liability for any injury that may occur. I (my guardian and myself, if under 18) hereby affirm that I have read and fully understand the waiver above. I (my guardian and myself, if under 18) meet all the requirements for training and if anything should change, it is my sole responsibility to inform the APT staff of such changes.
